CITY OF FATE NOTICE TO BIDDERS SEALED PROPOSALS addressed to the Mayor and Council of the City of Fate, Texas will be received at the office of the City Secretary, City Hall, 1900 CD Boren Parkway, Fate, Texas, 75087until 9:00 A.M., THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2017 for the purpose of furnishing labor, materials and equipment and the performance of all work required in the construction of the 2018 ANNUAL CONCRETE REHABILITATION PROJECT at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud, and retained by the City Manager for tabulation, checking and evaluation. The purpose of the Contract Documents is to provide the City of Fate with an “annual” contract that the City may utilize for the rehabilitation of existing city streets, and sidewalks. The rehabilitation will include miscellaneous rehabilitation and installation of new concrete curb and gutter, concrete valley gutters, concrete driveway approaches, sidewalks, steps, and barrier free ramps where directed by the City. BIDS shall be submitted in sealed envelopes upon the blank form of proposal furnished. Sealed envelopes shall be marked "2018 ANNUAL CONCRETE REHABILITATION PROJECT-DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 9:00 AM, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2017.” PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS and contract documents may be examined without charge at the office of the City Secretary, Fate, Texas. The Plans and Specifications may be examined or obtained on-line through CivCast at http://civcastusa.com. The documents may be viewed, downloaded, printed or purchased by interested contractors and/or suppliers. Online purchase price will be dependent upon product ordered (full size plans, individual sheets, half size plans, and project manuals). Prospective Bidders must register with the procurement website as a plan holder, even if contract documents are obtained from a plan room or other site. All official notifications, addenda and other documents will be offered only through this procurement website. Orrell; and all persons, owners, producers, operators, purchasers and takers of oil and gas and all other interested persons in Cleveland County, Oklahoma NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission pool all oil and gas interests in the Hunton common source of supply in the 80-acre drilling and spacing unit consisting of the N/2 NE/4 of Section 8, Township 8 North, Range 1 East, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, adjudicating the rights and equities of the oil and gas owners thereof. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant in this cause is requesting the following special relief: (a) Designation of the Applicant, or some other party, as operator of the unit well. (b) The Applicant shall request at the hearing that the order provide that any owner electing an alternative to participation in the well drilled thereunder shall be deemed to have relinquished all of its working interest and right to drill in the unit and common sources of supply named herein as to such well and any wells drilled subsequent thereto. (c) The Applicant may propose that the order to issue in this cause provide a method for proposal of subsequent wells and for response to that proposal by owners who elect to participate in the initial well. (d) At the hearing the applicant may request that the order to issue in this cause provide to the operator a period of one (1) year from the date of the order in which to commence operations for the drilling of the initial well proposed hereunder. (e) Applicant may request that said Order be made effective on a date prior to its signing. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, First Floor, Jim Thorpe Building, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 a.m., on the 27th day of November, 2017, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
