“AN ORDINANCE CLOSING THE WEST 2.5 FEET OF A
UTILITY EASEMENT AT PROPERTY
ADDRESSED AS 1711 WEST LIBERTY AVENUE”
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STILLWATER, OKLAHOMA:
Lot Eleven (11) in Block Six (6) of the Amended Plat of Blocks Six (6) and Seven (7), UNIVERSITY ESTATES, an addition to the City of Stillwater, Payne County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof
be and the same is hereby closed to the public. The City reserves the right to reopen the above, pending such time as it may be vacated by the District Court.
