(Published in The Norman Transcript February 2, 9, 16, 2017, 3t) NOTICE BY PUBLICATION Case No. CJ-2017-86V THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: Brandon Richardson and The Unknown Successors of Aleta Rae Shetley, deceased, if living, and if deceased, and their unknown successors The above stated Defendants will take notice that the Plaintiff, Tinker Federal Credit Union, a Federally Chartered Credit Union, filed its Petition in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, against the above named Defendants, and said Defendants must answer said Petition on or before the 20th day of March, 2017, or said Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendants, foreclosing their interest in the following described, to-wit: 2012 FORD F-150 VIN#1FTFX1CF7CFA41173 and a judgment will be rendered on the promissory note against the Defendants, Brandon Richardson and The Unknown Successors of Aleta Rae Shetley, deceased, and adjudging that default has been made in said note and mortgage; that Plaintiff has a valid, prior and superior lien on said vehicle in the total amount of $22,223.54, with applicable interest, attorneys fees and costs, foreclosing all Defendants from any interest in and to the above described property, for all which judgment will be taken as set forth in the Petition.
