Cole, as Plaintiffs, under the above cause number have a pending action in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, and have filed a Petition in said Court alleging it is the owner of certain property hereinafter described, and is seeking to quiet title in said property, free and clear of all claims by you. Said action involves the following described real property and premises located in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Lot Six (6), Block One (1), HIGHSCHOOL SECOND ADDITION, an Addition to the City of Moore, Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof, aka 700 Nail Parkway, Moore, Oklahoma (hereinafter the Property).
