A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2017 at the Municipal Building, 723 South Lewis Street, Stillwater, Oklahoma Room 2073. Anyone that intends to submit a bid is highly encouraged to attend this meeting.
