INVITATION TO BID Rogers State University is seeking sealed bids to perform the following services: RFB1718-01: Baseball/ Softball-Sports Netting Project. Interested contractors are encouraged to inspect the location prior to submitting their bid. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 1st, 2017 at 10:00am in Claremore Campus-Physical Plant Conference Room. Bids are due and will be opened publicly on August 22nd, 2017 at 10:00am in Claremore Campus-Physical Plant Conference Room. Sealed bids should be submitted to 1701 W. Will Rogers Blvd., Claremore, OK 74017, Attn: Karl Reynolds, with the RFB number noted on the outside of the envelope.
