NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant requests that this Commission make and enter its Order granting Applicant herein authority to convert the Charles #1-23 SWD well to a commercial salt water disposal well for the injection of salt water in the Simpson, Basal Creek and Arbuckle formations between the interval of 5,810 feet measured depth to 6,915 feet measured depth. The requested injection rate is 20,000 bpd and the requested injection pressure is 2,905 psi. The packer is set at 5,735 feet. That the order to issue in said cause be made effective as of the date of filing this Application. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Charles #1-23 SWD well is located near an optimally aligned fault. The evidence will confirm that there is no risk to that particular fault. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an Administrative Law Judge on the Pollution Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Western Regional Office, Jim Thorpe Building, 2101 N. Lincoln Boulevard, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at 8:30 a.m. on the 21st day of June, 2017 and that this Notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that in the event this cause is uncontested, the Applicant, its representatives, witnesses and other proponents of the Applicant may appear and testify by telephone.
