PUBLIC NOTICE The Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Weatherford, Texas, will Hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider application by Kyle Clark regarding a request for a zoning district Change to allow an AG Agricultural District to a R1 Residential Single Family District for property located at 1508 Old Dicey Rd and being an approximate 9.23 acre tract of land in the Sarah Monk Survey, Abstract No. 906 and in the R.P. Baker Survey, Abstract No. 150, City of Weatherford, Parker County, Texas. DATE: Wednesday June 14, 2017 TIME: 2:30 P.M. LOCATION: Weatherford City Hall Council Chambers, 303 Palo Pinto Street. A second public hearing on this request has been tentatively scheduled before the City Council on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 303 Palo Pinto Street. All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Weatherford City Hall is wheelchair accessible and special parking is available on the south side of the building.
