Shows, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for The Citizens National Bank of Meridian, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, Mississippi in DT Book 2597 at Page 537 Instrument# 2012001632; and WHEREAS, on the 1st day of November, 2016, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for The Citizens National Bank of Meridian, assigned said Deed of Trust unto PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in DT Book 2847 at Page 529 Instrument# 2016010451; and WHEREAS, on the 10th day of May, 2017 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in DT Book 2873 at Page 269 Instrument# 2017004587; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 20th day of June, 2017, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the west door of Lauderdale County Courthouse at Meridian, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Lauderdale County, Mississippi, to-wit: All that certain parcel of land situate in the County of Lauderdale, State of Mississippi, being known and designated as Lot 7 of Block 3 of Russell Manor Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Map Book 5 at Page 89 of the land records maintained in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Lauderdale County, Mississippi.
