The hearing on the petition will be held on the 3rd day of August, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. at the Cherokee Nation Courthouse, Tahlequah, Oklahoma. At the hearing, a guardian may be appointed for the said minor children. The Judge will explain to you the nature, purpose and effect of the proceedings. You have the right to attend the hearing.
