LEGAL NOTICE COUNTY DEPOSITORY PALO PINTO COUNTY is accepting sealed bids for the county depository contract and sub-depository contracts. Bids will be opened at 9:00 A.M., Monday, April 10, 2017, in the county courtroom at the courthouse in Palo Pinto, Texas during the regular meeting of the Palo Pinto County Commissioners Court. Depository and sub-depository applications may be obtained at the County Treasurers office or by calling 940-659-1260 or is available on our website at www.co.palo-pinto.tx.us. All bids must by sealed, clearly marked Depository and submitted directly by the bidder to the County Judges Office, 1st floor of the Palo Pinto County Courthouse located in Palo Pinto, TX, or mailed to P O Box 190, Palo Pinto, TX 76484. No Faxed Bids will be accepted. Bids must be received by noon on Friday, April 7, 2017 in the County Judges office, Palo Pinto, Texas. Palo Pinto County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
