MOORE DISTRICT ATTORNEY, Plaintiff vs. One Thousand Nine-Hundred and Thirteen Dollars ($1,913.00) Defendant. THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: WILLIAM PATRICK POTTS 9887 N. Lost City Road Hulbert, OK 74441 AND ALL OTHER CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED PROPERTY: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the State of Oklahoma has seized and intends to forfeit the described property, namely: One Thousand Nine-Hundred and Thirteen Dollars ($1,913.00) which was on or about June 9, 2008 in Cherokee County, State of Oklahoma, used or intended to be used in exchange for or for transportation, processing, sale or distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, in violation of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substance Act, Title 63 O.S. Supp. 1991 sec. 2-501 et. seq., to-wit: Methamphetamine & Marijuana The property or thing of value was acquired during the period of the violation of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act or within a reasonable time after such period and there is no likely source for such property or thing of value other than the violation of the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act. The owner, claimant or other interested party in interest may file a verified answer and claim to said property within forty-five (45) days after the mailing or publication of this notice, after which time the State of Oklahoma will move the Court for an Order of Forfeiture of said Property: pursuant to the provisions of 63 O.S. Supp. 1991 Sec. 2-501 et. seq... Pursuant to 63 O.S. Supp. 1991 sec.2-506 K., property taken or detained under this section shall not be replevlable, but shall be deemed to be in the custody of the office of the district attorney. JERRY S.
