NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant in this cause is requesting that the Commission enter an order, possibly providing that this order be made effective as of the date of filing this application, as follows: Approving a multi-unit horizontal well in the 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed for the Mississippi Lime, Woodford and Hunton common sources of supply in Sections 4 and 9, Township 10 North, Range 7 West, Grady and Canadian Counties, Oklahoma so as to allow such multi-unit horizontal well to be drilled as described below and to be completed in and to produce hydrocarbons from the above-named separate common source of supply and establishing of a proper allocation factor for allocating the cost of, production from and proceeds from such multi-unit horizontal well to each of the affected units covered hereby. Granting such other and further relief as may be proper basis upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein. The legal descriptions of the land sections adjacent to the area within which the location exception lies are Sections 33 & 34, Township 11 North, Range 7 West and Sections 3, 10, 15 & 16, Township 10 North, Range 7 West, Grady and Canadian Counties, Oklahoma. Applicant further requests that Applicant or some other party be authorized the right to drill said well, Applicant further requests that it be permitted to produce said well at said location from all common sources of supply covered hereby without any downward allowable adjustment. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT Applicant is proposing to drill the multi-unit horizontal well involved herein at the following location: Surface Location: To be determined at the time of the hearing. Completion Interval in Section 9: No closer than 165 feet to the South line, no closer than 0 feet to the North line and no closer than 330 feet to the East line of Section 9, Township 10 North, Range 7 West, Grady and Canadian Counties, Oklahoma. Completion Interval in Section 4: No closer than 165 feet to the North line, no closer than 0 feet to the South line and no closer than 330 feet to the East line of Section 4, Township 10 North, Range 7 West, Grady and Canadian Counties, Oklahoma. That the entire length of the lateral will be cemented such that the perforations will be isolated from the beginning and end point of the lateral. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this Cause be set before an Administrative Law Judge on the Initial Hearing Docket at the Corporation Commission, Eastern Regional Office, Suite 114, 440 South Houston, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127, at 8:30 a.m. on the 20th day of March, 2017, and that this Notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Applicant and interested parties may present testimony by telephone. The cost of the telephonic communication shall be paid by the person or persons requesting its use.
